There has been a very sudden turn in the delivery of learning. COVID-19 has been the biggest disrupter of the education opportunity in 100 years, with 1.5 billion students out of school in 170+ countries and territories. This has necessitated that educational institutions adopt a new way of transacting the classroom learning experience. For teachers’ it means adjusting to a new way of teaching in a very short time frame, learning new skills and unfamiliar technologies.
As with all change journeys, there are pain points to be overcome, solutions to be found, moments of frustration (and perhaps fear) and moments of pure joy. We want to understand the educators’ perspective, from your personal experiences. We’d love for you to answer some questions to better understand your experiences, perspective and expectations. It will take 15 minutes to complete the survey. Your insight, and that of your global peers, will help build a consolidated perspective on the multifaceted implications of this transition. We thank you for participating in this survey.
All respondents to the survey will be emailed a copy of the final report. So please do share your email id. We also want to state that your responses are private and no individual respondent will be identified by name.
This survey has been organised by Sandeep Mahajan, Partner, Art of Learning (a for benefit organisation). Art of Learning is a boutique firm working with India focussed K-12 schools and NGO’s towards enhancing employability skills in the economically disadvantaged youth and improving in-class curricular outcomes.
